Always included

The protection itself is never the upsell.

Mitigation is not a tier. Every plan sits behind the same filtering stack and the same edge capacity — what changes above is headroom, scale and how quickly you reach a person.

Always-on L3/L4/L7 filtering

No detection delay and no "under attack" button to press. Traffic is inspected on every packet, on every plan, every day of the month.

The full anycast edge

Players connect to the nearest point of presence rather than to your origin. The same edge footprint serves a $25 plan and a $250 one.

No per-player pricing

Concurrent players never appear on your invoice. Run 40 or 40,000 — the plan price is the plan price.

Priority beta access is a Pro perk. Premium and Enterprise networks receive features only after they have cleared the beta channel.

Billing questions

Before you pick a plan.

The five questions our sales inbox gets most often, answered without the sales part.

What exactly counts as a network?

A network is one protected backend group — a set of origin servers behind a single routing configuration. A survival server, a creative server and a hub sharing one proxy are one network, not three.

You need a second network when you run genuinely separate infrastructure, for example a second region or a separate brand with its own origins.

Does attack traffic count against my bandwidth?

No. Only legitimate traffic that we forward to your origin is metered. Packets dropped at the edge during a mitigation are never billed, however large the attack.

On Pro, the 5.0 TB allowance therefore reflects real players. If you approach it we email you before anything is throttled.

What is the dedicated emergency line?

A private channel that reaches an on-call network engineer directly, for incidents where your network is degraded or down. Premium is answered within 60 minutes and Enterprise within 15, around the clock.

Everything else — configuration, billing, routing questions — goes through the normal queue, answered in 12 hours on Pro and Premium and 8 hours on Enterprise.

Is VAT included in these prices?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU consumers are charged VAT at their local rate at checkout. EU businesses supplying a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, and customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated to the day, so an upgrade during an ongoing attack takes effect at once. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

Still deciding between two plans?

Send us your player counts and current bandwidth and we will tell you which one fits — including when the cheaper one is the right answer.
