New Frankfurt and São Paulo edges are live

Stop the attack
before it finds your server.

WipZen puts an anycast edge in front of your network. Attack traffic is dropped in the region it was sent from, your origin IP never leaves your hands, and your players never learn there was an incident.

Features

Everything between the internet and your origin.

WipZen is the layer your players connect to instead of your server. Once traffic is ours, the attack surface you actually expose is a hostname — not a machine.

See what each plan includes

Filtering with no detection delay

There is no threshold to cross and no button to press. Every packet is inspected as it arrives, so the first one of an attack is the first one dropped.

Your origin IP stays private

Players resolve to the edge, never to you. Combined with a firewall that only accepts our ranges, a leaked address stops being an outage.

Analytics you can act on

Per-domain traffic, attack vectors, packet rates and geography — with monthly reports you can hand to a host or a sponsor without editing.

Voice chat that survives

Simple Voice Chat and Plasmo Voice run over UDP, which is exactly what generic filters break. WipZen routes them properly instead of guessing.

How it works

Protected in three steps, not three weeks.

There is no appliance to rack, no BGP session to negotiate and no migration window. You change a DNS record and tighten a firewall rule.

  1. Point your domain at the edge

Add your hostname in the dashboard and update one DNS record. We hand you a dedicated edge address within seconds of the domain verifying.

  2. Lock your origin to our ranges

Firewall your server so it only accepts connections from WipZen. From that moment, an attacker who knows your IP can no longer reach it.

  3. Watch, and mostly forget about it

Mitigations happen without you. Alerts, analytics and monthly reports tell you what was absorbed while your players kept playing.

What changes for your players

Nothing at all.

  • The same address they already use Your hostname does not change, so nobody has to update anything.
  • Real IPs still reach your plugins Proxy protocol keeps bans, logs and geo features working exactly as before.
  • Often a shorter path than before Anycast sends each player to the nearest edge, which frequently beats routing straight to your host.
  • No captcha, no queue, no interstitial Filtering happens below the game protocol. Players never see a challenge page.

Pricing

Three plans. One level of protection.

The filtering is identical on every plan — a $25 network sits behind the same stack as a $250 one. What you are buying above Pro is bandwidth, scale and how quickly a human picks up.

  • Pro — $25/mo5.0 TB bandwidth, 1 network, 10 domains.
  • Premium — $100/moUnlimited bandwidth, 3 networks, 60 minute emergency line.
  • Enterprise — $250/mo10 networks, geo routing, network rollover, 15 minute emergency line.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up.

If your question is not here, support answers within 12 hours — and much faster if your network is actually down.

Will this add latency for my players?

Usually not, and often the opposite. Players connect to whichever edge is nearest to them and travel to your origin over our backbone rather than the public internet, which is frequently a cleaner path than the one they had before.

The honest exception is a player who is already sitting next door to your host. They may see a few extra milliseconds.

Do my plugins still see real player IPs?

Yes. We forward the original address using proxy protocol, so IP bans, logging, geo features and anti-alt plugins keep working. Enabling it is a one-line change in your proxy configuration.

What happens if my origin IP leaks anyway?

If you have firewalled your origin to our ranges, as the setup guide asks, a leaked address is an inconvenience rather than an outage — traffic from anywhere else is refused before it reaches the game server.

If it does become a problem, support can move you to a fresh origin and re-point the edge without downtime.

Does voice chat work through the proxy?

On Premium and Enterprise, yes. Simple Voice Chat and Plasmo Voice use their own UDP port, which we route as a first-class protocol rather than filtering it as unknown traffic. Pro plans protect the game port only.

How long does setup actually take?

About ten minutes of work, plus however long your DNS takes to propagate. Most networks are fully behind the edge inside an hour, and you can do it while the server is running — there is no maintenance window.

Ten minutes of setup, no contract, and no attack traffic on your invoice. If it is not right for you, cancel before the next cycle.
